Precedent became a member of the Sherrill Furniture Company in 1983. We believe in the values of superior craftsmanship, sustainable practices, and unmistakable value. Located in North Carolina, we pride ourselves on setting a standard for American made upholstery. We provide customizable furniture across the United States and Canada.
